Longitudinal study in which participants were to list six personal goals they considered to be most important for them in the next few months. In a period of 14 week there were 4 moment when they were asked about their commitment to the goals, their perception of attainability of the goals and the last 3 times the progress they percieved they had made concerning their goals. At all 4 moments the participants also got a question about their current well-being. | |
