SampleProbability multi-stage cluster sample
 The sampling was realized in two stages. First, settlements that include 100 households were chosen, secondly, adresses were identified by using systematic sampling. From rural areas 145 cluster, from urban areas 253 cluster were chosen. The sample does not include those who live in institutions such as school, dormitory, kindergarten, hotel, shelters of military, nursing homes, prison, hospitals.
