| Respondents were selected from 2 departments of an insurance company. All 1050 employees of these departments were asked to volunteer in the survey. Of these, 147 employees met the criteria and were selected as participants. After that the group of respondents were randomized and stratified, and split into an experimental group (intervention group) and a control group. |

| The intervention group underwent a happiness training at work and at home. 3 time points:
T0= Before intervention
T1= After interventiuon
T2= Follow-up (after 4 weeks)
This means that there were 2 groups who filled out a questionnaire 3 times , plus 2 subgroups of whom were saliva and ANT* taken at T0 and T1.
