 N= 205, 18-65 yr (M= 32,97, SD= 13,39), 63,9% women. Mainly from Granada city and province (Andalusia, SP). 60% considered the practice they use to regularly perform as 'exercise' but in fact only 45.9% reached the published criteria for being considered as active-exercisers. Hence, only 45.9% were considered as exercisers.
