Operationalization
1. The intervention group was given a Wellnes-Promotion program during 10 weeks; the control group was not. The program consisted of 10 sessions of about 50 minutes during 10 weeks. Goals of sessions are:
1: introduction
2,3: explore positive emotions about the past
4,7: improve positive emotions within the present
8,10: create positive emotions about the future.

0 = controls, were on a waiting list for the programm
