Note 3 things that made you happy today. Wk 2: JOY OF COMMUNITY A Get somebody's contact in a way that is comfortable for you. B Identify your best friends and meet them this week. C Write a thank-you letter. WK 3: JOY OF LUCK A Tell 3 people your wishes. B Rejoice somebody by doing an nexpected favor. C Let fortuity decide to do something new and give facvorable opportunities a chance WK 4: JOY OF PLEAUSURE A Eat a meal mindfully. B Be mindful and capture happy moments with your camera. C Challenge yourself with exercise/sports. WK 5: JOY OF FLOW A Identify your strenght. B Use them in e new way. WK6: JOY OF BLISS/BEAUTY A Give little presents to make somebody happy. B Write a gratitude-diary and note 3 things a day you are thankful for. C Enjoy 10 minutes of silence every day. WK 7: FINAL A Detect your favorite happiness excercises. B Be a happiness messenger and tell your favorite excercises to other people. C Reward yourself for your happiness-work during the last week and give yourself a treat.
